Have a Will Executed According to Your State’s Requirements

Is there a way for probate in Muskogee to go quicker? Hi, I’m Eric Strocen. I’m a Muskogee attorney with the Wirth Law Offices, and I’m here to explain. The thing is, probate is a necessary procedure to protect the estate assets of someone who’s passed away.
And in order for you to get a lawful claim in, you want to make sure that it’s been done properly. The whole purpose is the clear title, make it transferable again, because that person is deceased and obviously isn’t using the property. And the law looks unfavorably upon the wasted property.
There is, in Oklahoma, something called “summary administration.” There are several different ways you can get there, but the most common one is, “Hey, this person has an estate that’s relatively small.” We’re talking under $200,000. “And we want to wrap this up quick.”
Now, that would shave months of your time off of having to actually go through the court system. And it may be an option for you and your family when someone passes, and you have an interest in the property. If you need help with a summary administration, ordinary probate, please reach out to me at muskogeeattorney.com.
