You Only Have 10 Days to File Your Appeal

What do you do when you are denied unemployment benefits? I am Muskogee Attorney Eric Strocen, with the Wirth Law Office, and I’m here to explain.
Now, the first thing you need to do is assess your individual situation and figure out exactly what happened and led up to you being let go from this job. The next thing you need to know is that you only have 10 days to file your appeal otherwise you lose the right to appeal.
That’s an important right because you shouldn’t just assume that your employer got it right and that they hold all of the cards because you have rights too.
Another thing you need to understand is how the unemployment appeals process works. Now, most of these are done over the phone and function essentially like a traditional trial. You call witnesses, you bring evidence.
There are requirements for how evidence is to be submitted before when it is an appeal and we are happy here at the Wirth Law Offices to talk to you about that and to help you through the process. You can look us up on our website muskogeeattorney.pro or come into the office.
